Boris Kodjoe and fatherHollywood Actor Boris Kodjoe’s father, Dr. Eric Ofuatey Kodjoe passed away yesterday, Thursday, April 21 at age 78.

The 43-year-old Addicted and Real Husbands of Hollywood star is still mourning his loss, took to social media to pay a touching tribute to him.

“I miss you already. Trying to numb the voices of all the should-haves and could-haves because they don’t matter now. I asked God to make your journey peaceful and joyous. No more pain, no more regrets and guilt.

Boris Frederic Cecil Tay-Natey Ofuatey-Kodjoe, better known as Boris Kodjoe, is an actor known for his roles as Kelby in the 2002 film Brown Sugar, and the sports-courier agent Damon Carter on the Showtime drama series Soul Food.

He was born on March 8, 1973 in Vienna, Austria to Ursula Kodjoe, a German psychologist of partially Jewish descent, and Eric Kodjoe, a Ghanaian physician from Nzema in the Western region of Ghana.

He got married to Hollywood actress Nicole Ari Parker in 2005 and they are blessed with two children Nicolas Neruda Kodjoe and Sophie Tei Naaki Lee Kodjoe.
