According to a report by Ghbase.com, Obour, former boss of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), has been given a State appointment by the government of Ghana.
Obour known in real life as Bice Osei Kuffour is now the acting Managing Director of the Ghana Post Company Limited and his appointment was assigned by the President of Ghana, Nana Akufo Addo.
Obour became the President of the Musician Union of Ghana, MUSIGA from 2011 to 2019 after churning sogs and leading the campaign which many believed was the way out for musicians to enjoy the fruits of their labour.
He contested in New Patriotic Party parliamentary primaries at Asante Akyem South but lost to the incumbent member of parliament.
