Most young individuals entering the music profession, according to the actor, Adjetey Anang, are not prepared to put in extra work to improve.
Adjetey Annan contributed his opinion to the argument that today’s Ghanaian young wouldn’t want to go through the development process.
Millennials now worry more about how they can get to the top rapidly than acquiring all the knowledge they ought to be prepared for such possibilities, according to him. That, he believes, does not bode well for the industry’s future growth or for the youth’s personal growth.
This was revealed by Adjetey Anang when asked if he would urge people to pursue acting professions in Ghana.
He stated that the kids must take advantage of opportunities to be groomed in the domains in which they find themselves.
“Just to add to it, we are living in an age where there is the tendency to quick-fix things and therefore young people who really want to come into this space should learn to stay in the process because that’s how you’re baked…When you put in the hard work that’s when you’ll be baked.” he said.
