The funeral of Edward Akushey Quaye, the father Akosua Vee, Kwame A Plus’s wife has kicked started.
You would recall that in April, the family of A Plus and his wife, Akosua Vee were hit with the tragic demise of their father, Edward Quaye who passed on at the age of 85.
In his Facebook post, Kwame Aplus reported that his father-in-law had succumbed to death’s frigid grip.
Kwame Asare Obeng, sent his lovely wife’s father, Edward Akushey Quaye, wishes for a good rest.
His post on Facebook reads;
Lost my father-in-law… ???? but as a Muslim, ☪️ the best you can wish for is to live a long life in good health and die peacefully in your sleep during Ramadan.
May Allah give you an easy and pleasant journey and shower blessings on their grave This life…”
As tradition demands, a ceremonial activity must be held to bid their father farewell and say their final goodbye as the old man joins his ancestors in the other world.
The funeral was attended top Ghanaian celebs as well friends and family of Kwame A Plus and his wife. They include DSP Kofi Sarpong, Pastor Salifu Amoako, Maxwell Mensah, Barima Sidney, Yaw Sakyi, Dr Poundz, Kofi Adomah, and many more.
The funeral was held in Accra.
