Popular actress and feminist, Lydia Forson, has, at last, joined the discussion over Nana Addo’s government approaching the IMF for a rescue.
Lydia Forson who appears dissatisfied with the New Patriotic Party, has urged Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the party to apologize to Ghanaians and acknowledge that they exaggerated in trying to sell themselves to Ghanaians for votes.
The ‘Fix The Country’ convener fervently feels that Ghana needs a government that is willing to apologize to its citizens.

What is it about African politicians that makes it so hard for them to apologize when they get things wrong or step down? You will catch them with shit on their hands and they will all but lick it to prove it’s chocolate.
You don’t get to make promises, then get angry/frustrated when people hold you to them. You told Ghanaians you had the men! If you didn’t want us to give Mahama a pass over Ebola, why should you over COVID. Why shouldn’t we hold you to the same standard?”
