Ghanaian hiplife and Highlife musician Stephen Siaw, best known by his stage name Ayesem, has opened up about his financial struggles.
Since quitting the company, the former musician from Shocks Entertainment claims it has been difficult to manage his own finances.
The “Satan” singer admitted that doing it alone is getting harder, especially financially, in an exclusive one-on-one interview on Cape Coast’s Kastle FM.
“Yeah, I’m suffering a little. I won’t claim that I’ve taken it easy as an individual doing things on my own because it’s not simple at all,” he said.
Although he admitted that “doing everything on my own is challenging,” he said, “particularly the money elements isn’t that simple for me.”
When asked about his financial situation, he told Kastle Drive’s presenter, “But then financially it’s not easy for me to survive since I departed Shocks Entertainment so it’s pretty challenging but yet the passion keeps me going all the time.
