WHAT THE PRISONERS DID TO ME WHILE I WAS IN JAIL – Shatta Wale Shares

Controversial Ghanaian Reggae and Dancehall singer, Shatta Wale has provided insight into the reactions of the inmates to his current incarceration in order to facilitate additional research into his famed death fake.

Shatta Wale asserted on Showbiz 360 that the inmates gave him a hearty welcome and made him feel right at home as a result.

According to him, others conducted his grocery shopping and provided their best meals for his satisfaction.

He said to Giovani: “When I went to jail, I was actually feeling like I was at home. Because people have been in there for 30 years, and they’ve never seen Shatta Wale.

So as they saw me, they fetched water for me. Some brought me food from their visitors. Just like the way people see me on the streets and kneel down, it was the same way in the jailhouse.”

Shatta Wale’s experience didn’t break him; instead, it gave him strength, which became the foundation of his popular song “On God.”

“It wasn’t like they took me somewhere to suffer. When I went there, It was like a vacation. Nobody goes to jail and comes back with the right frame of mind. But I came back from jail and dropped ‘On God’,” Shatta Wale continued.
