Charles Kwadwo Fosu, well known by his stage name Daddy Lumba, is a highlife artist who has recently paid George Akufo-Dampare, the inspector general of police, a visit.
Mr. Dampare was spotted chatting with the highlife musician in a few images that have since gone viral.
The two, who appeared to be the closest of friends, were seen giving one other a passionate hug in one of the pictures.
Although his visit’s purpose is unknown, internet users speculated that it might be connected to his dispute with Great Ampong.
