CCTV FOOTAGE OF HOW AKA WAS MURDERED SURFACES

A 50-second Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) footage showing the murder of South African musician AKA has leaked on social media.

AKA, real name Keirnan Jarryd Forbes, was reportedly shot numerous times by masked intruders outside a well-known restaurant on Florida Road in Durban late last week.

The rapper is seen leaving the eatery with a group of buddies and exchanging warm greetings, including embraces, according to the CCTV footage.

In the lower left corner of the screen, a man in a black shirt and a grey hood appears as everything is unfolding. The unidentified man takes what appears to be a gun, shoots the rapper from behind, and then runs away from the scene.

As a gunshot rang out, the rapper fell into a pool of blood, driving bystanders into a frenzy.
