In response to the gospel music group Tagoe Sisters’ outrage at his recent usage of a butt-shaking woman to promote his CD, Gospel singer and self-acclaimed nation’s worshipper, Brother Sammy has called them “archaic.”
Brother Sammy faced harsh criticism after a heavily endowed woman appeared in an advertisement to promote his CD.
The gyrating, sensually moving woman’s appearance, in the opinion of the critics—including the Tagoe Sisters—was sinful and contemptuous of what gospel music represents.
But responding to his critics on the Saturday, May 6, 2023, edition of United Showbiz, Brother Sammy hit back saying “if Tagoe Sisters find fault with my actions you should know that they are from a different era. The olden days and today is not the same, things are different now,” he said.
The gospel singer claims that the woman was particularly used to address a group of people who he thinks should be converted to Christianity.
“She did not do the advert for pastors to come but to attract people like herself,” he emphasized.
