Ghanaian award-winning rapper, Medikal is set to make history as the first solo artiste to sell out the Indigo at The O2 event centre in London.
This will be his first UK-headlined show happening on May 3rd 2024.
Medikal is hopeful of selling out the concert and with his latest album release “Planning & Plotting”, he is set to bring his unique blend of Ghanaian rap and hiplife music to London.
Medikal, known for his consistency in the music industry has expressed optimism in being the first solo artiste from Ghana to fill the venue to the gunnels.
So far, only Kuami Eugene and KiDi have jointly managed to sell out the Indigo O2. This means Medikal’s name will be etched in the annals of Ghana’s music industry if he is able to set this record.
This move is to connect to his teeming fans in the United Kingdom and expand his fan base in that territory.
On X, Medikal reposted the announcement of the concert by Indigo at the O2 with the caption: “From nothing to something. Can’t wait.”
