Reverend Isaac Owusu-Bempah, leader of Glorious Word Power Ministries, has asserted that a delegation from US President Joe Biden approached him for assistance in the 2024 presidential election.
During a sermon on Sunday, July 14, 2024, Reverend Isaac Owusu-Bempah, founder of the Glorious Word Power Ministries, claimed a delegation from US President Joe Biden had visited him seeking his assistance for the 2024 US presidential elections.
Rev. Owusu-Bempah stated that Biden’s entourage had approached him, but he advised them to return on Friday, July 19, 2024.
He also expressed a personal desire to pray for former US President Donald Trump’s re-election, despite receiving requests from Biden’s team to support their campaign.
“Politics these days has become fierce. There were reports of an attempt on Trump’s life, but he survived. There was a shift in power, and now he is preparing to return. Personally, I wish him success and intend to pray for him,” Owusu-Bempah said, clarifying his stance.
He continued, “Joe Biden’s representatives have approached me, asking for any assistance to ensure his victory. They are aware of my support for Trump. It’s a delicate situation, but I also commit to praying for Biden.”
Rev. Owusu-Bempah admitted momentarily forgetting about Biden’s delegation.
“I had overlooked Biden’s request initially. I instructed them to return this Friday, and when they visited, I was occupied with pastoral duties at my residence.”
