After careful consideration, Pastor Love has apologized to those who were harmed and let down by his recent angry outbursts towards his ex-wife, Obaapa Christy, on social media.
He issued a formal apology to the pastors he had accused of having a connection with his former wife, as well as to the entire Ghanaian population.
Pastor Love explained that his remarks were made out of anger and emphasized that, being human, he is predisposed to errors.
In an interview on PeaceFM, he stated, “Everything I said about Obaapa Christy was driven by anger. I am only human, and I ask for forgiveness from Ghanaians and all the pastors I named, including Kyiri Abosom, and Adonteng Boateng who resides in the United States. I was under pressure and said things I shouldn’t have. I hope they can find it in their hearts to forgive me.”
In his previous outbursts, Pastor Love claimed that some pastors were secretly having a relationship with his former wife, Obaapa Christy.
He responded to Obaapa Christy’s claim of not writing her hit songs by going on social media to make various accusations and curses against the gospel singer.
His remarks, filled with profanity and harsh insults, surprised and troubled numerous internet users, resulting in widespread condemnation for going too far.
