The wife of Ghanaian entrepreneur Nana Kwame Bediako, popularly known as Cheddar, has expressed her heartbreak over a missing vote during the recently concluded 2024 general elections.
Speaking to the media, she revealed her frustration and disappointment, stating that her vote seemed to have gone unaccounted for. “I think it was the whole family that went [to vote], and I’m heartbroken because I think the system failed us. Where’s my vote, people? I don’t know where it went,” she lamented.
She also noted that her situation was not an isolated case. “From the comments I’ve seen on social media, it’s not just me. I think there are lots more people looking for their votes,” she added, highlighting concerns about transparency in the electoral process.
Despite her disappointment, she expressed optimism and called for unity as the nation rallies behind the president-elect. “We’re all very happy Ghana won, and that’s the most important thing. Let’s all celebrate and support our president-elect,” she said in closing.
