Ghanaian rapper, Michael Owusu Addo popularly referred to as Sarkodie in the entertainment industry has lamented the lukewarm attitude of his Nigerian colleagues in recent times.
Per a report by Afrocania on Facebook, Sarkodie who has done numerous collaborations with Nigerian musicians indicated that he has noticed that since he appeared on Forbes richest African artistes, his Nigerian friends in the music business have stopped featuring him in their songs.
He called for unity and one love although they come from different backgrounds.
“Aside from music, I engage in other businesses to keep the funds and figure appreciating.
I have always done music for Ghana and Nigeria which is my second home.
I have worked with Runtown, Psquare, Banky and many but ever since Forbes mentioned my name as one of the richest artistes in Africa, I stopped getting invitations for collaborations from my Naija brothers.
This music we are doing is for all of us, let’s continue in brotherly love”. he reportedly said.
