The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has removed former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta from its list of wanted persons.
This decision follows confirmation from his legal team regarding a specific date for his voluntary return to Ghana.
The OSP has rescheduled his attendance for further proceedings.
However, if Mr. Ofori-Atta fails to return by the agreed date or attend the rescheduled session, he will be re-entered on the OSP’s wanted list, and legal measures will be taken to secure his return and ensure his attendance.
