STONEBWOY NEVER THANKED ASAMOAH GYAN FOR A DECADE AFTER PAYING FOR HIS KNEE SURGERY – Ayisha Modi

Ghanaian socialite and online figure Naa Adokailey Wopekuku, famously known as Ayisha Modi, alleges that Stonebwoy never expressed appreciation to former Black Stars player Asamoah Gyan after Gyan covered the cost of the artist’s knee surgery.

Modi, previously referred to as She Loves Stonebwoy for her passionate admiration and support of the reggae-dancehall sensation, is currently involved in a largely one-sided rivalry with the ‘Everlasting’ artist.

In a social media video, Modi disclosed that Stonebwoy, whom she criticises for lacking appreciation towards her, never expressed gratitude to ‘Baby Jet’ for nearly ten years after the ex-Stars’ captain funded his leg surgery.

At the beginning of his career, Stonebwoy exhibited a prominent limp in one leg, which was unable to bend at the knee because of an accident he experienced many years ago.

Stonebwoy broke his leg in the accident, and once it was rebuilt, it couldn’t flex at the knee because of the metal implants used for support.

He eventually resolved it by going overseas for surgery, but unbeknownst to the public, the operation was funded by Asamoah Gyan.

Modi asserts that for nearly ten years after Gyan assisted Stonebwoy, the artist never expressed any form of appreciation to the ex-footballer.

Modi claimed that Gyan became upset due to Stonebwoy’s ingratitude and repeatedly contacted her to encourage Stonebwoy to act appropriately.

She mentioned that Stonebwoy came to understand Gyan’s frustration when Gyan ceased answering his calls, which compelled him to publicly express gratitude for Gyan’s assistance.

Modi asserts that Stonebwoy displayed similar ingratitude towards her, which is the reason she is now criticizing him on social media through various videos.

Remember that in 2023, Stonebwoy used social media to disclose a significant secret about his life, announcing to the public for the first time that Asamoah Gyan had covered the cost of his knee surgery more than 7 years ago.
