LUMBA’S SISTER & AKOSUA SERWAH CAUTIONS ROMAN FADA OVER FALSE FUNERAL INFORMATION

Daddy Lumba’s family, together with Akosua Serwah, has issued a strong warning to Daddy Lumba’s manager, Roman Father, for spreading false information about the late DL’s funeral date and invitations.

In a statement signed by Akosua Serwah, and sister of Daddy Lumba, Ernestina, it reads;

The family of the late Mr Charles Kwadwo Fosuh, affectionately known as Daddy Lumba, wishes to inform the general public and media that it has observed, with serious concern, the actions of Mr Philip Kwabena Agyeman Appiah-Kubi, also known as Roman Fada, who has been engaging in activities that are misleading, unauthorised, and detrimental to ongoing family negotiations.
It has come to the family’s attention that Mr Appiah-Kubi has been spreading false information and distributing funeral invitations that contain incorrect dates and misleading details, while the family remains in private discussions aimed at achieving a peaceful and dignified resolution regarding the funeral arrangements of the late musician.
The family wishes to state clearly and unequivocally that these actions are unauthorised and constitute an interference in sensitive family matters. Such behaviour undermines the spirit of trust, respect, and cooperation that the family is trying to maintain during this period of mourning.
Furthermore, the family reminds the public that Mr Appiah-Kubi is not a member of the Fosuh family, and therefore has no authority-legal, moral, or traditional speak for, act on behalf of, or make representations concerning the late Mr Charles Kwadwo Fosuh, his funeral, or his estate.
The family also wishes to clarify that the position Mr Appiah-Kubi continues to claim-as “manager” of the late Mr Fosuh, was officially terminated by the late Mr Fosuh himself before his passing, a fact he is well aware of.
The family, therefore, issues this public warning to Mr Philip Kwabena Agyeman Appiah-Kubi (Roman Fada) to immediately desist from:

Making public statements or issuing any information regarding the late Mr. Fosuh or his funeral;

Distributing or promoting any unauthorized funeral invitations or materials; and

Interfering in any ongoing private family discussions or arrangements related to the deceased.

The family emphasizes that any further misrepresentation or interference will leave them with no option but to seek legal remedies, including formal complaints to the appropriate authorities.

The family urges the public, fans, and media houses to disregard any information not issued directly by the Fosuh

Family or their officially appointed representatives.

Family Statement:
“The family is working in unity and good faith to ensure that the funeral of our beloved Charles Kwadwo Fosuh (Daddy Lumba) is conducted with the dignity, respect, and love he deserves.
We will not allow misinformation, opportunism, or unauthorized individuals to disrupt this process.”
