Tracy Sarkcess, the wife of Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie has broken silence for the first time after Sarkodie was dragged to the mud by actress, Yvonne Nelson following her explosive revelations about their past romantic affair.
Nelson’s memoir, ‘I Am Not Yvonne Nelson,’ has gained significant attention since its release, with readers eager to gain insight into the actress’s life and experiences. While some have praised her for being courageous and open in sharing her story, others have raised questions about the book’s potential biases or omissions.
Yvonne Nelson alleged that Sarkodie impregnated her and forced her to terminate the pregnancy in 2010.
According to her, Sarkodie refused to take responsibility for the pregnancy because he was then living with his mother and was not prepared to assume fatherly roles.
In Sarkodie’s supposed rebuttal or counter, Yvonne suggested an abortion and not the other way round as she suggested in her book. He also said she was a ‘street girl’ at the time hence she shouldn’t try and portray a story like they were in love.
Sarkodie’s track, “Try Me,” was an apparent response to Yvonne Nelson, where he referred to her as a “Street Girl”. The opening lines of his song went, “I never thought I was going on this wave, cause I was ready to take a couple of things to my grave. First of all, let me clap for you, baby, you are brave, but you can’t pick and choose what to say, please behave. Nobody sent you, so Ohemaa if you want to talk, you have to tell the world every ngga that you fcked.”
Yvonne Nelson got indignant over Sark’s reply and said he doesn’t respect women.
However, it appears, Sarkodie’s wife, Tracy has jumped to his defence against the image-denting allegations made by Yvonne Nelson as she has taken to her Instagram story to share a cryptic post as she used the scriptural verse in the Bible, Proverbs 19:5.
Proverbs 19:5 reads ” A false witness will not go unpunished and whoever pours out lies will not go free”
Some netizens have read the meaning to her post and they deduced that perhaps, Yvonne Nelson may be peddling lies and will suffer the consequences accordingly, hence the actress is a liar.
