Certain voters in the Ablekuma West Constituency have turned down food packs reportedly given to them by their sitting Member of Parliament, Ursula Owusu.
A video that has surfaced on social media shows a pickup truck with food packs being turned away amid honking.
The motorist was spotted leaving the polling centre as the voters honked at him.
It remains unverified whether the food originated from Ursula Owusu, but several voters who talked to this site expressed their firm belief that the package was associated with her.
Additionally, several passengers in the pickup truck verified that Ursula Owusu had sent them to the polling station.
Voting is presently taking place at more than 40,000 polling locations nationwide. At the time of this report, the election process is proceeding seamlessly at polling stations with no incidents of violence reported.
