New information gathered by Nkonkonsa.com indicate that Ghanaian actress, video vixen and socialite, Rosemond Brown aka Akuapem Poloo, claims that DKB squandered money given to him on her behalf as reported earlier is untrue.
This revelation was made by astute media personality and radio presenter, Kwasi Aboagye on his ‘Entertainment Review’ show on Peace FM monitored by Nkonkonsa.com.
The mother of one alleged in a video shared on her Instagram page that DKB had collected a donation of GHC4,000 in her name from a certain woman named Maame Alice without her knowledge and the woman had called her to register her disappointment in her for not showing gratitude to her over her donation meanwhile she (Akuapem Poloo) had no idea about and donation.
She further claimed that her attempts in reaching DKB after Maame Alice donated the money to him informed her has proved futile and has called on Ghanaians to come to his aid.
However, in this interesting twist to the issue, Kwasi Aboagye revealed that Maame Alice who Akuapem Poloo alleged to have sent money to her through DKB to support her and her son whilst in jail called him on phone and debunked the claim by Akuapem Poloo that she gave her money through DKB.
According to Kwasi Aboagye, Maame Alice was sent by Ayisha Modi who is currently in the US to reach out to Akuapem Poloo and make a donation of GH5,000 cedis but when the woman who was commissioned to wire the money on Ayisha Modi’s behalf reached out to Akuapem Poloo on phone, the latter rushed in their conversation so she could explain what they had planned to do for her after telling her that she had called DKB.
Therefore, Akuapem Poloo’s allegations leveled against DKB are not true and must be disregarded.
