ALAN KYEREMATEN’S RUNNING MATE REVEALS JOYCE BLESSING’S “VICTORY” SONG CHOICE FOR ENTERING JUBILEE HOUSE AFTER 2024 ELECTION

The vice-presidential candidate of the Movement for Change, Kwame Owusu Danso, has revealed the campaign’s “Victory” song of choice, should they win the 2024 election. According to him, the party plans to celebrate their anticipated triumph by entering the Jubilee House to the tune of gospel singer Joyce Blessing’s hit track, “Victory”.

During an exclusive interview on Nkonkonsa.com, Owusu Danso emphasized his love for music, explaining that Joyce Blessing’s Victory holds a special place in his heart and perfectly encapsulates the spirit of his party’s journey. “On January 7th, 2025, that will be our song as we enter the Jubilee House,” he confidently stated, underscoring his faith in the Movement for Change’s electoral success.

When pressed on his favorite Ghanaian musicians, the aspiring vice president praised the country’s vibrant music scene and refused to narrow his admiration to a single artist. “It’s difficult to pick just one because they’re all putting Ghana on the map in ways politicians haven’t,” he remarked, lauding artists like Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale, King Promise, Black Sherif, Camidoh, and several others for their contributions to elevating Ghana’s presence on the global stage.

Owusu Danso further commended underground musicians and veteran artists working to rebuild their brands, such as Stay Jay and D-Cryme. As a former artist himself, he expressed empathy for the challenges they face. “I understand the hustle, and I appreciate how they keep pushing despite the odds,” he added.

The lawyer, broadcaster, and political strategist’s multifaceted background make him an intriguing figure in the political arena. Aside from his political ambitions, Owusu Danso once pursued a music career as part of the hip-life group Ecko, known for their hit single Gologolo. His diverse experience spans law, media, and business, including stints as a manager in Airtel Ghana’s marketing and promotions department.

As the 2024 elections approach, Owusu Danso and his running mate, Alan Kyerematen, are positioning the Movement for Change as a formidable force in Ghana’s political landscape. With music as part of their campaign spirit, the duo hopes to inspire a new generation of Ghanaians as they strive for a seat in the Jubilee House.
