A few years ago, Ghanaian highlife musician, Ofori Amponsah who claimed to have suddenly seen the “light” decided to stop singing secular songs and pursue his calling as a man of God.
For a few months, he created a church, recruited members and even started prophesying to some of his church members.
It was alleged that during one of his prophetic ministrations, he prophesied to radio presenter Dr Poundz that his elder brother from the US will come for him.
The funny part is that Dr Poundz didn’t have an older brother making Ofori Amponsah’s prophecy a lie.
After that incident, Ofori Amponsah closed down his church and went back to singing circular songs.
Well, speaking in a recent interview with Zionfelix, Ofori Amponsah clarified that the issue was misconstrued.
He explained what actually happened that day.
