Rev. Christian Andrews, aka Osofo Kyiri Abosom leader of the Ghana Union Movement (GUM), has expressed worries regarding Vice President and NPP Flagbearer Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s preparedness to govern Ghana.
During an interview on Neat FM, Rev. Andrews stated that Bawumia does not have the necessary life experience to lead a country.
“Bawumia is not mature in life to rule the country,” he stated. The show’s host highlighted that former President John Kufuor once praised Bawumia after a presentation, calling him a “man of destiny” and “a man of the moment,” recognizing his impressive theoretical knowledge.
However, Rev. Andrews countered that leadership is not just about theory but requires practical action.
He added that Bawumia, as Vice President, has not made any improvements to the country’s living conditions, indicating that he does not meet Ghana’s leadership requirements.
