BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SAY TO YOUR FRIENDS ABOUT YOUR MARRIAGE – Piesie Esther Cautions

Award-winning gospel artiste, Piesie Esther, who acknowledged that she doesn’t include friends in her marriage, has advised couples to use caution while discussing their marriages with outsiders.

According to the famous singer, if a married lady lets her friends talk bad about her spouse to her, it will make her loathe her husband because of what they will say.

Piesie said in an interview with Nana Yaa Konadu on TalkLife TV that she has never given anyone the chance to call her and discuss her relationship in any way since, as a musician, she is aware of the consequences of discussing her marriage with friends.

The ‘WayeMeYie’ singer claimed that once friends are allowed to get married, they engage in lengthy sex-related gossip, including charges of adultery, which finally makes them loathe their own husbands.

“Letting friends into your marriage is not a good idea because they would accuse him of wasting money on side women, which is not helpful. Some people might even say, “Look, Piesie, your husband is wasting money as he manages you,” but in reality, he is saving money for the future of the kids.

“When you hear these things, you start to hate your husband, so as for me, I don’t do such in my marriage, you won’t even get that chance to say anything, I don’t do such because I know how I’ve positioned my life,”she stated.

She took use of the occasion to urge married people to stick together rather than let others interfere because, in her view, when a couple discusses and exchanges ideas, God is drawn into the union, aiding the couple in achieving their marital goals.

Piesie also advised young people considering marriage to fully investigate their intended partners before giving their consent to marry them. Although some people hide their genuine nature from the beginning, she claimed that conducting such in-depth research on a person will assist unearth all the red flags.

“If you’re thinking about getting married, make sure the person is someone you can trust to support you, and don’t say things like, ‘When we get married, he’s going to stop his behaviour.’ Some people will try to hide who they really are, but a careful examination will help you spot some warning signs,” she noted.
