Embattled Ghanaian actress and brand influencer, Akuapem Poloo, has reacted for the first time after the High Court dismissed her efforts to challenge a ruling handed to her in April.
According to a report on GraphicOnline.com, the Criminal Division of the court presided over by Justice Ruby Aryeetey upheld the Circuit court decision on grounds that the Circuit court’s decision was not manifestly excessive.
Taking to her Instagram page, Akuapem Poloo made an emotional write-up to her son reaffirming him of her undying love and also urging him to continue being a good boy till she returns.
The single mother of one assured him that God is in control always.
“This court will not interfere and the appeal is therefore dismissed” Justice Aryee said.
Akuapem Poloo is now expected to go back and serve her 90days jail sentence.
