The American adult star King Nasir is adamant that he is the only person who can help actress Shugatiti reach cloud nine, even after his offer to help her went viral in Ghana months ago.
Shugatiti became the topic of discussion on social media some months ago, after she revealed that she never reached a climax during bedroom bouts.
In an interview, the Ghanaian actress claimed that even though she had sex with many guys, she had never experienced an orgasm from any of them.
