BRINGING BACK MAHAMA MEANS BRINGING DUMSOR BACK – Bugri Naabu

According to Mr. Daniel Bugri Naabu, a former Northern Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), electing John Mahama would mean restoring “dumsor” to the nation.

Recall that there were frequent power outages in Ghana under the administration of the country’s former president, John Mahama, which significantly damaged many people’s companies.

In 2012, Yvonne Nelson, an actress and film producer, organized a vigil over the dumsor as a form of protest. The opposing NDC, however, disproved their assertions that they brought dumsor.

They claimed that they had fixed the flaws and damage the NPP had caused.

According to Bugri Naabu in an interview with Despite Media, no one in Ghana wants to bring back Dumsor now that the government of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and Bawumia has assured the stability of the nation’s power supply.

“John Mahama has nothing to offer Ghana because he has been Vice President and President for eight years. If he had something to give us he would have done it. Nobody will want John back to bring dumsor so Bawumia is the only option,” he said in an interview.

Ghanaians have been urged by Bugri Naabu to support the New Patriotic party in the upcoming 2024 elections.
