The New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential candidate for 2024, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has emphasised again that 2.1 million NPP backers did not cast their votes.
He believes that if the NPP had chosen to vote, they would have secured victory in the elections.
Speaking on the first day of his “Thank You Tour” at the NPP headquarters on Wednesday, April 23, Dr Bawumia stated, “Notwithstanding our hard work, we still suffered a heavy defeat. When you look at what happened, you will see that it was internal. Many of our supporters did not come out to vote.
