Medikal has finally given reasons for publicly announcing his breakup with Fella Makafui, citing the cigar video with D-Black and Fella Makafui as the trigger.
He claimed that the situation with the video made it necessary for him to disclose his relationship status with Fella Makafui.
The internet quickly shared the duo’s video, causing a lot of excitement, which Medikal saw as disrespectful to him.
As people’s criticisms grew more derogatory towards him, the Beyond Kontrol boss felt the need to respond to the increasing interest and misinformation.
‘I felt it was necessary to confirm our separation. By making this revelation, I hoped to bring clarification and put a stop to the ongoing enquiries and assumptions regarding our private lives,” Medikal said.
Despite their decision to end their relationship, Medikal reveals that he and Fella still have mutual respect for each other.
“Ibi sake of that thing [cigar video] wey make I come out secof I no dey want make somebody think sey ibi my woman wey…,” he said.
