DADA KD DIED AFTER BEING TURNED AWAY FROM TWO HOSPITALS – Manager Reveals
The sudden death of Ghanaian highlife icon Dada KD has stunned fans and industry participants.
Currently, fresh information coming from his manager, King Pee, reveals a concerning scenario regarding the musician’s last moments and the difficulties encountered in obtaining him immediate medical assistance.
In a conversation with experienced journalist Kwesi Aboagye on Peace FM’s Entertainment Review, King Pee shared the distressing experience.
“A lady who helps him at home heard he fell down and rushed to the room to find him unconscious and unresponsive,” King Pee told Aboagye.
“So she called a taxi driver who usually transports Dada KD around when his car isn’t working, and they rushed him to the hospital. They had to visit three hospitals before they found a doctor at the last hospital, which was the Gbawe Government Hospital.”
The disclosure has reignited worries regarding Ghana’s healthcare system, especially the accessibility of emergency medical staff.
King Pee stated that the postponement in locating a hospital with an available doctor might have influenced Dada KD’s chances of survival.
Although the precise reason for death remains undisclosed, many are starting to wonder if a more immediate response could have preserved the life of the cherished singer.
Dada KD, celebrated for his heartfelt love ballads and rich baritone voice, had a distinguished career that lasted for decades.
His songs turned into anthems for numerous weddings and romance tales, and his impact on the highlife genre is indisputable.
