Ghanaian actor Kofi Adu, widely recognized as Agya Koo, has endorsed Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential candidate, urging Ghanaians to support him in the upcoming 2024 election.
Agya Koo commended President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s accomplishments, highlighting the importance of maintaining the NPP’s governance.
He urged the young people to stay strong and not be swayed by the promises of other parties.
“People everywhere, both young and old, still remember the progress made under President Akufo-Addo’s government.
We’ve seen substantial development and improvements, which we should appreciate,” Agya Koo stated at an NPP rally in Takoradi, as reported by JoyNews on X.
With Dr. Bawumia set to face off against John Dramani Mahama of the NDC and other contenders in the December 7, 2024 elections, Agya Koo urged voters to choose the NPP for a prosperous future.
