The former Deputy Executive Director of the National Service Authority, Gifty Oware-Mensah, has returned to the country following weeks away.
Gifty was in the headlines weeks ago after she was identified as one of those accountable for the ghost names in the NSA payroll, previously known as NSS.
Previous reports indicated that she had departed from Ghana’s coast due to concerns about being detained to address the criminal charges brought against her.
It was subsequently revealed that she was in Morocco for a National assignment with the Black Queens, as she served as the Chairperson of their management committee.
It also mentioned that she had informed the NIB that she intended to return to the country and make herself available for questioning.
Staying true to her promise, she has arrived today at the Kotoka International Airport, and we have been informed that she has already informed the NIB of her availability for questioning.
