Following the recent comments made by the former Vice President during a conference with former MMDCEs, tensions inside the New Patriotic Party (NPP) are rising as flagbearer hopeful Hon. Kennedy Agyapong has responded back at Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
Dr. Bawumia, in what many saw as a subtle dig at Agyapong’s previous assertion that he could gather $7 million with just a phone call to aid party restructuring, mentioned that “poor individuals can also be presidents.”
Kennedy Agyapong did not take the comment lightly and quickly replied.
He wrote;
“In this world, some have rich ideas and nothing to show for it. Others turn ideas into results and wealth. Ghana needs more doers, not dreamers in suits giving speeches”.
