Popular Ghanaian twin music act Lali x Lola have sacrificed their trademark red hairstyles in a dramatic plea for reconciliation between rival dancehall stars Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy.
The sisters released an impassioned statement today titled “Why Must We Choose?”, addressing the decade-long feud that has divided Ghana’s music industry.
“We’ve performed for both artists, yet promoters avoid booking them together,” the statement read. “This division hurts all Ghanaian musicians.”
