Ghana captain, Thomas Partey has told Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia that the Black Stars need better stadiums in order to exhibit good football.
Partey said this when the Vice President visited the national team ahead of their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against the Central African Republic (CAR) on Monday.
“We are ready. We want to give our best tonight. On behalf of all the players, I have one request: we ask for a good stadium because we want to play better football,” the Arsenal midfielder said.
