Pastor Mensa Otabil, the founder and general overseer of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC), Otabil has stirred up a controversial discussion with his recent statements on messages from God. In a widely circulated video, the revered preacher strongly declared.
Pastor Otabil’s comments imply that the time of God unveiling fresh revelations to people has come to an end.
“God is not revealing mysteries to anybody again. I will say it again: God is not revealing mysteries to anybody, and God is not speaking by revelation to anybody. God’s revelation is closed; He’s not adding or subtracting from it.”
This confident statement is made in the midst of a series of contentious predictions about the upcoming election.
Several prophets have foretold contradictory results, with each endorsing a separate candidate for victory. Pastor Otabil’s comments seem to question the accuracy of these forecasts, implying that they may not be influenced by a divine source but instead by personal opinions.
