Sensational Afrobeats artiste, Jackeline Acheampong, also known as Gyakie, delivered a melting and stunning performance at the 96th birthday celebration of the Queen of England, Queen Elizabeth II.
Queen Elizabeth turned 96 years old on April 21, and she celebrated the only logical way: by wearing hot pink lipstick.
The royal family and much of the Commonwealth have been celebrating the queen in various ways over the past few months, with many events revolving around her Platinum Jubilee, which honors her 70th year as Britain’s monarch.
As part of the celebration, a birthday party was held on her behalf at the British High Commission, and Gyakie, a Ghanaian singer, was billed to perform at the event in celebration of the queen.
Videos and photos from the celebration have popped up and one captures the moments Gyakie melted the hearts of the attendees with her soothing vocals as she slowly performs some of her hit songs to thrill the audience.
