HAJIA4REALL NEVER SNITCHED ON ANYONE FOR A REDUCED SENTENCE – Lawyers Clarifies

Fast Law PC, who are the lawyers for Hajia4Reall, have stated that she did not reveal any names in her attempt to receive a shorter sentence.

In an Instagram video shared on the company’s official account, a representative firmly stated that Mona Montrage did not collaborate with the US Attorney’s Office to pinpoint individuals connected to her situation.

We want to make it clear that Mona Montrage did not engage in any catfishing activities or cooperate with the US Attorney’s Office to reveal any names,” the representative affirmed. “We have evidence to substantiate these claims,” she stated.

Mona’s legal team’s statement responds to recent claims that imply she traded information on others for a reduced sentence.

“Our decision to address the public comes in response to inquiries we have received regarding whether Mona disclosed any names related to her fraudulent activities,” the spokesperson explained.

“Following Mona Montrage’s sentencing, we have been asked about her cooperation. Consider this: If she had cooperated with the US Attorney’s Office, would they have recommended a guideline sentence of 37 to 46 months? Clearly, they would not have,” she added.

Furthermore, Mona Montrage has received a one-year and one-day sentence for her role in the fraud case. Before that, she had requested for a shorter sentence by highlighting her responsibilities as a sole caretaker for her child.
