COURT THROWS OUT AGRADAA’S APPLICATION TO STRIKE OUT EMPRESS GIFTY’S DEFAMATION LAWSUIT AGAINST HER, ORDERED TO PAY GH¢6,000

The Tema High Court has dismissed an application by Evangelist Mama Pat aimed at striking out a defamation lawsuit brought against her by Empress Gifty.

The court also ordered Mama Pat to pay GH¢6,000 as compensation for delays caused by her legal team.

In a related development, a new lawsuit has been filed against her over claims that Empress Gifty is HIV positive.
