Yaw Tog has ascribed a reason for his short hiatus despite having a high-flying career on the wings of his global hit song, ‘Sore.’
The youngster who hails from Kumasi became the biggest sensation in the industry when he released Sore in and 2020 and followed it up with an even better version featuring UK rapper Stomzy and Kwesi Authur on the remix which dropped in 2021.
He told celebrity blogger Zionfelix in a recent interview that he could not sustain the momentum because he was attacked by an industry colleague spiritually.
Yaw Tog said he battled the new challenge on his own and it forced him to sit back and restrategize before coming back.
“The way I wanted things to fall in place were not going as I expected. Anything I do goes back so I had to sit down and do what was necessary and come back again”, he told Zionfelix.
