In an exclusive interview on “The Dryv Show” with Kojo Manuel and DJ MIC Smith on YFM, Ghana’s most decorated rapper, Michael Owusu Addo, better known as Sarkodie, made it known that he has about 800 unreleased songs, meaning he is not ready to give out his crown anytime soon.
The legendary rapper revealed in the interview that some of his 800 unpublished tracks are whole songs, some have a chorus, while the remainder have just one verse.
Sarkodie, who was a young musician back then, recalled that he used to record a lot of songs and that his pace was faster than it is now. He acknowledges that he is now a little slower.
“…I have like, I don’t want to exaggerate, from that moment to now. I have access to about 800 unpublished songs. Some songs are complete, some have a chorus, some only have a verse”. The host was told by Sarkodie.
