Heaven’s Gate Ministries founder Nicholas Osei popularly called Prophet Kumchacha claims to have dismantled hundreds of marriages in his church.
In an interview with Okay FM, The Man of God asserted that many women suffer abuse at the hands of violent men who threaten to kill them or pour acid on them. He immediately splits such marriages when he learns of such instances in order to avert calamity.
He made a point of saying that a union where the man pulls a gun every day was one from the devil, not God.
“I have ended more than one hundred marriages. One cannot be in a marriage when the man pulls out a gun every day and threatens to kill them both, as well as threatens to take acid and pour it on them.
“When I looked, there were around 120 guys who killed their wives and girlfriends in the past year and two years, according to social media and television.
The pastor continued by advising husbands to take their wives back to their family instead of planning their death if they no longer cared for or loved them.
“If you don’t love the woman, remember that she has a mother and father and a family.” Give the person to their relatives and leave.
He continued, “Some people have suffered various ailments like dementia, bipolar disorder, and memory loss because of a bad marriage.
