Popular Ghanaian TikToker Asantewaa has disclosed that she makes at least $500 (GH₵7,771) monthly from the social media platform.
During an interview with Berla Mundi on TV3, Asantewaa stated that she has been earning a significant amount of money ever since she began producing content on the platform.
She elaborated that TikTok compensates creators according to how many views their content garners.
“The highest? I have no idea because I keep making more. Lowest? Nothing below $500,” she stated.
stating, “I’ll use them to make money.”
She also added that criticism and hateful comments from trolls actually inspire her to create more content.
