Award-winning Dancehall musician, Samini who campaigned heavily for PResident Akufo Addo to run a second term in government has for the first time admitted that the country is in crisis economically.
Samini in a series of tweets intimated that there is hardship in Ghana and expressed intent in meeting Akufo Addo face to face so as to discuss what can be done to minimize the stress in the economy.
The Dancehall/Reggae star further urged Ghanaian youths to venture into agriculture as its opportunities is endless.
He said;
“I think it is time those of us who stuck our noses out for the president @NAkufoAddo to visit him and have a dialogue with him and tell him things aren’t going well.
I think it will make sense to have an audience with the President to be able to let him hear what is on the ground and what is actually happening on the ground.
“I will advise the youth to go into agriculture, I’ve done it and I know it pays, so for now I’d ask anyone who has the land to go into it whilst waiting for another opportunity to open,”
