Kwame Sefa Kayi, a famous media figure, has responded to speculation regarding his termination from the Despite Media Group.
The rumors, which spread extensively on social media, indicated that the experienced broadcaster had been dismissed by the Despite Media management for reportedly making their brand “unpopular.”
The speculations, reportedly spread by supporters of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), also asserted that Sefa Kayi had requested the help of notable figures in the community to change the decision, yet his attempts were in vain.
Sefa Kayi stressed that he is still gainfully employed and encouraged people not to trust the misleading rumors.
“I am still gainfully employed and continue to do my work as I have always done,” Sefa Kayi stated emphatically during the interview.
He called on the public to ignore the speculation, stressing that such untruths must not be accepted.
“These are just distractions, and I won’t let them take my focus away from my work,” he added.
