Ohemaa Mercy explained the reasons behind her decision to end her marriage to Mr Twum-Ampofo.
In a recent interview with Cookie Tee on TV3, Ohemaa Mercy revealed that she prayed to God for his blessing before making the decision to divorce her husband.
Cookie Tee inquired Ohemaa Mercy if she was the one who started the divorce proceedings, and she confirmed.
She stated that she and her husband reached a mutual understanding to part ways, which he agreed t
“I didn’t just get up one day and decided to divorce my husband. I took it to God in prayer. I was committed to doing the Lord’s work and I knew marriage was somewhat going to hinder it. So I sought His permission and approval before deciding to divorce him.” Ohemaa Mercy bemoaned.
Nowadays, they remain great friends and jointly raise their children.
