“I WAS DENIED THE OPPORTUNITY TO ASK QUESTIONS AT BAWUMIA’S MEETING WITH THE CREATIVE ARTS INDUSTRY” – Nana Romeo

Nana Romeo, a media personality, has shown his disappointment for not being allowed to speak at Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s recent gathering with artists.

While appearing on UTV’s United Showbiz, he mentioned that despite being the first to volunteer a question during the interview, he was intentionally ignored.

Nana Romeo stated that the organizers who selected questioners showed bias.

He explained, “When it was time for questions, I raised my hand first. KOKA saw me and asked me to wait, but instead of giving me the microphone, he passed it to someone behind me.”

The event, held on October 16, 2024, was titled “Evening Encounter with the Arts and Tourism Fraternity.” It was designed to encourage dialogue and strengthen relationships between the creative arts and tourism industries.

Despite his enthusiasm to engage in the discussion, Nana Romeo’s voice went unheard, prompting him to publicly express his disappointment.
