MENZGOLD CEO, NANA APPIAH MENSAH (NAM 1) SUES KWAME APLUS & UTV FOR DEFAMATION, DEMANDS GHC1M AND MORE IN DAMAGES

The Chief Executive Officer of defunct Menzgold Company Ltd., Nana Appiah Mensah has dragged politician and social commentator, Kwame A Plus and UTV to court for defamation.

In a writ of summons privy to NKONKONSA.com, Nana Appiah Mensah popularly referred to as NAM1 demanded 1 million Ghana cedis and others in damages.
