I WILL TAKE CHRISTIANS TO ISRAEL TO PRAY WHEN I BECOME PRESIDENT — Bawumia Tells NPP Delegates

Former Vice President and NPP flagbearer hopeful, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, has stated that, should he be elected president, he will lead Christian pilgrims from Ghana to Israel to offer prayers for the country, emphasising the need for both excellent leadership and supernatural intervention.

Speaking to NPP delegates, Dr Bawumia stated that prayer has been essential to Ghana’s peace and stability over the years and should continue to direct the nation’s future.

He underlined that both sensible policies and a strong spiritual foundation are necessary for national progress.

Seeking God’s direction for the nation, in his opinion, is a recognition of the significance of faith in nation-building rather than a show of weakness.
